What locations do you cover?

We use well known courier delivery companies to ship our products all over the world. Mainland UK and Ireland are our usual desintations. However, we don't mind going further afield if that's where you are! Just be aware, that if you are outside the UK, import taxes may apply.

Is delivery included in the cost?

Accepted Answer

No. Delivery costs will be established upon your order and we will contact you with these. Should you wish to have us deliver the items we will arrange payment for this. Alternatively, you can arrange a courier of your own choosing to collect the product for you.

How long will my order take to be ready?

Accepted Answer

Greaseproof is a specialist product. Drying times vary depending upon the coverage of ink. However, our greaseproof is usually ready for dispatch from 7 to 10 days from approval of artwork.

Question 4

Do I need to supply artwork?

Accepted Answer

If you have suitable print ready artwork that would be great, simply email it or send it through wetransfer.com or mailbigfile.com.
 
However, if you know what you want but you don't have vector (eps/ai) artwork available, send us what you do have and we will either redraw or recreate it for you. Artwork for greaseproof is FREE!
